Participation in STPIS 2025 is possible both remotely and on-site, even if the workshop is mainly designed as an on-site event. The registrations fees are as follows:
- On-site author/participant: 125 EUR
- Online author: 60 EUR
- Online audience/guest: Free (Registration still required for circulation of link)
All registration includes access to the full conference program, including conference dinner, for one person. Note that at least one registration must accompany each accepted paper. As such, a single person who intends to present n papers must also pay n registration fees. Link to the registration system will be made available about a week before decisions are sent out to authors.
Registrations after the deadline cannot be guaranteed. Registration fees cannot be refunded.
